Make a grand entrance by rowing boat or take a dreamy stroll through floral pathways to exchange vows in breath-taking locales.
For your guests convenience we have on-site accommodation for guests in an array of elegant and rustic lakeside properties, catering for multi-day celebrations.
A Grand Entrance
Begin your unforgettable day at Avington Park by entering through the Grade I listed gates, leading you up a tree-lined driveway to Avington House. This graceful approach through our historic grounds sets the stage for a day of elegance and romance, ensuring a magical start to your celebrations.
Morning Preparations
Begin your special day in the enchanting Pavilion. This gracefully styled space offers a peaceful and elegant setting for the bride and her party to get ready, with views of the rose garden and grounds.
Meticulously appointed and only metres from our ceremony locations, the Pavilion ensures that every detail is perfectly in place. For additional members of the wedding party, extra space is available, making everyone's preparations seamless and delightful.

Rose Garden: Host up to 150 guests among vibrant blooms, with a removable sail canopy for an open-air or shaded celebration.
Riverside: Offers a memorable entrance by boat for up to 180 guests, with flowing waters and a removable canopy, perfect for connecting with nature.
Library: Perfect for intimate gatherings up to 80 guests, this sophisticated space is being enhanced with stylish decor. For larger groups, the ceremony can expand into the first conservatory to accommodate up to 120 guests.

Drinks Reception

The Lawns: Our expansive, beautifully manicured lawns provide a perfect setting for guests to mingle and enjoy drinks and canapes amidst the estate's natural grandeur.
Library: For an intimate experience, the Library offers a sophisticated atmosphere steeped in history. Featuring a grand fireplace and beautiful aspect, this elegant space is perfect for hosting refined receptions that require a touch of historic charm and sophistication.

The Orangery: Ideal for up to 180 guests, this stunning space seamlessly merges the beauty of the outdoors with the indoors. The Orangery offers direct access to the Walled Gardens, making it a breath-taking setting for your event, with natural light spilling through its expansive windows.
The Library: Perfect for up to 80 guests, this intimate room provides a cosy winter atmosphere with a roaring fire. In the summer, open the doors to welcome a gentle breeze, creating a delightful setting for your wedding breakfast. This room adapts beautifully to any season, offering a charming and warm atmosphere for your celebrations.
